CIGA Golf Academy Fulfillment / Shipping Policy

​At CIGA Golf Academy, all payments made through our website are processed digitally and do not require physical delivery of goods. Please review the following terms regarding our fulfillment process:

  1. Acceptance of Terms
    • By completing payment online, members and participants acknowledge and accept all applicable terms and conditions, including the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

    • Payments are considered final, and no physical or electronic receipt of goods or services is required for fulfillment.

  2. Membership Activation & Extension
    • Upon successful payment, CIGA staff will process and confirm the extension of the member’s annual membership and update access to facilities (including gate access cards) within 3 business days.

    • Members will be notified via email or phone once their membership extension and gate access have been activated.

  3. Coaching Sessions and Facility Use
    • For coaching sessions, members must coordinate directly with assigned instructors to book or reschedule lessons as per availability.

    • Facility rental or practice area bookings will be confirmed following payment and subject to availability.

  4. Final Interpretation Right
    CIGA Golf Academy reserves the right to the final interpretation and decision on all matters related to membership, facility access, coaching, payments, and policy enforcement.
