CIGA Golf Academy Refund & Cancellation Policy
 

At CIGA Golf Academy, we strive to provide the highest quality facilities and coaching to our members. Please carefully review the following policies regarding refunds and cancellations:

Non-Refundable Fees

Annual Membership Fees: All membership fees are non-refundable once payment is made, regardless of usage or cancellation.
Facility Rental Fees: Any payments for facility bookings (including course fees, practice areas, or event rentals) are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Coaching Session Fees: Payments for individual or group coaching sessions are non-refundable. Unused sessions will not be reimbursed.


Cancellation Policy

In the event of a missed session or booking, no rescheduling, refund, or credit will be offered unless explicitly approved by the academy’s management.
All cancellations initiated by CIGA Golf Academy (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances) will be handled at the academy’s discretion. Compensation or alternatives, if any, will be communicated directly.


Final Interpretation Right
CIGA Golf Academy reserves the right to make the final interpretation and decision on any issues relating to fees, refunds, or cancellations.

By making a payment, members and participants acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
